Profissionalismo e cordialidade
Da pronta disponibilidade da funcionaria Patricia, para resolver um problema de parking, ja que sou portador de deficiência respiratoria que me condiciona o uso de escadas e acessos com rampas de elevado grau. O espaço de deficientes para parquear so permite o uso com o identificador respectivo, o que nao é concedido pelas autoridades portuguesas, por inépsia das mesmas.. Assim estou sujeito à boa compreensão dos funcionarios dos hotéis. Foi o caso!! Um bem haja a esta senhora, pois se,assim nao actuasse, seria dificil pernoitar no hotel Hesperia Peregrino, ao fim de alguns anos como cliente....

Excelente estadia com infelizes sons de quartos alheios.
O pequeno-almoço foi muito bem servido, tanto em qualidade como quantidade. O conforto e comodidade do quarto era excelente em todos os aspetos: camas largas e muito confortáveis, aquecimento central fácil de regular e uma vista fantástica a partir da varanda do quarto.
O que menos me satisfez (que foi pouco), foi o incómodo de ouvir o que se passava nos outros quartos, quer fosse a televisão alta, os passos das pessoas e até mesmo momentos íntimo alheios a mim. Por último, o sinal de muitos canais da televisão do quarto era péssimo!

Para nao repetir.
De cama.
Foimos jantar no restaurante. A esmenta é muito limitada. Trouxeram a hamburguer e batatas fritas completamente frias. Depois de queixa, esperamos uma meia hora e esqucaram outra ração. Para um hotel de 4 estelhas isso é grave.

Boa localização.
Boa localização. Bom pequeno almoço. Excelente limpeza.
Se tiver lugar para o carro no parque frontal do hotel, pode estacionar, se não, tem de pagar 11€ por noite, para deixar no outro parque do hotel. Ridículo.
